AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale analytics platform. You will own code quality and architecture, leading the design and deployment of containerized Python and React apps, integrating AI features, and collaborating with DevOps to maintain long-term maintainability.

You will guide senior engineers, shape solutions in a fast-moving environment, and ensure alignment with engineering standards while delivering scalable technical

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js or modern state management).
• Comfortable with REST APIs, migrating away from legacy GraphQL endpoints.
• Docker and PostgreSQL, including migrations.
• Experience building or maintaining data-heavy applications with large payloads.
• AWS ecosystem familiarity: S3 data lake, Athena, EKS/Kubernetes.
• Awareness of DAG-based orchestration (Airflow) or similar tool.
• Mac/Linux terminal-centric environments (Bash, Makefiles).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) with sound judgment.
• Ability to defend technical opinions in pursuit of scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and defining problems before solving them.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
