Remote is seeking a Engineering Manager to lead our SRE team, owning career development and aligning the team with company goals. You will drive reliability, SLOs, incident response and the observability stack while staying close to technical work to mentor and steer architecture and incident resolution.

This role blends 60% individual contributor work with 40% leadership, reporting to the Director of Engineering, Platform, and collaborating across global teams in a fully remote environment.

Formación

• Led an SRE, infrastructure or platform engineering team with growth and career progression.
• Experience with incident response, on-call, SLOs and post-incident changes.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes in production and AWS at scale.
• Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/GitLab/Jenkins).
• Knowledge of observability tools and distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry, Honeycomb).
• Experience in regulated environments and cloud with cost management.
