Gallagher is seeking an experienced Workforce Analytics specialist in Bogotá to transform people data into actionable insights. You will partner with HR, Finance, and IT to build reliable dashboards and reports that executives rely on for workforce decisions.

You’ll leverage HRIS data, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to analyze headcount, attrition, and organizational design, while ensuring data quality and governance in a global, matrixed environment.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in workforce analytics or similar analytical HR roles.
• Experience with HRIS data and employee master data.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience creating dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to explain complex data clearly in presentations and written updates.
• Comfort working in a global, matrixed environment with HR, Finance and IT stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, data analytics, or related field.

• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for HR leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality: extract, validate, cleanse, transform, and reconcile HRIS data.
• Contribute to organizational analytics for mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and transformations.
• Collaborate with Organizational Design and HR teams to monitor changes and risks.
