CI&T Software S.A. in Colombia is seeking a Data Manager to lead data‑driven solutions for customers, balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on execution.

You will shepherd the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data products from ideation to deployment and optimization. The role demands English fluency, experience with international clients, and expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).

Formación

• Requires English fluency (C1 or above).
• Experience with international clients.
• Experience with major Cloud Platform providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with data platforms (Databricks or Snowflake).
• Strong strategic thinking and product mindset.
• Experience with value-based prioritization.
• Proven team leadership skills with a hands-on approach.

Responsabilidades

• Data Analysis: Provide data analysis that supports business and digital product growth through data visualization.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality data products.
• Task Prioritization: Prioritize data initiatives and define roadmaps.
• Data Profiling: Analyze data types, relationships, patterns, and trends.
• Requirements Definition: Articulate clear data requirements for consumption.
• Business Process Understanding: Grasp workflows to inform data sources and attributes.
• Validation: Validate products with users using data and metrics to guide decisions.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance with KPIs and data-driven insights.
• Data Governance: Ensure governance and quality across data assets.
• Data Architecture & Infrastructure: Understand storage, integrations, and analytics platforms.
