CI&T in Colombia is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Manager to lead data-driven solutions for clients. You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data products.

The role requires English proficiency, experience with international clients, and expertise in Azure/AWS/GCP and Databricks or Snowflake. You will shape roadmaps, govern data assets, and promote data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Excellent level of English (C1 or above).
• Experience working with international clients.
• Experience with major Cloud Platform providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with data platforms (Databricks or Snowflake).
• Strong strategic thinking and product mindset.
• Experience with value-based prioritization.
• Proven team leadership skills with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: provide data analysis that supports business growth through data visualization.
• Team Leadership: lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver data products and mentor team members.
• Task Prioritization: define roadmap and balance priorities from stakeholders.
• Data Profiling: analyze data types, relationships, and patterns to improve understanding.
• Requirements Definition: articulate clear data requirements for consumption.
• Business Process Understanding: understand workflows to inform data sources and attributes.
• Validation: validate products with users using data-driven decisions.
• Performance Analysis: monitor product performance with KPIs to drive improvements.
• Data Governance: establish and enforce data policies and quality.
• Data Architecture & Infrastructure: understand storage, integrations, and analytics platforms.
