Infotree Global Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Compliance Specialist to join our Bogota team on a Hybrid work model. You will drive the administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our IT Infrastructure Compliance Management Program.

This role requires hands-on experience with GAMP-based validation in GxP environments, risk management, CAPA, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, QA, Security, Risk, and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure, information security, quality/risk management.
• Experience supporting GxP-regulated environments.
• Strong root cause analysis and CAPA/risk register management.

Responsabilités

• Administer and improve IT Infrastructure compliance program.
• Coordinate infrastructure qualification and validation for GAMP deliverables.
• Identify, assess, monitor compliance risks, manage Risk Register.
• Coordinate investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA plans.
• Develop IT policies, procedures, and ITIL-aligned knowledgebase.
• Support audits/inspections from internal to regulatory.
• Act as liaison between Infrastructure Operations, InfoSec, QA, Risk, and Legal teams.
