Grow-Talent.com is partnering with a leading B2B solutions provider to recruit an IT Manager for their gaming studios in Bogota, Colombia. The role focuses on managing and securing critical IT systems, ensuring 24x7 availability and scalable infrastructure.

You will lead a diverse IT team, drive network optimization, and oversee project budgets. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT infrastructure, CCNP, CISSP or similar certifications, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure management.
• Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and servers.
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, NAT, VLANs, and security.
• CCNP certification; CISSP/Azure/ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT systems including firewalls, routers, servers, and storage.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices, VLANs, routing protocols, and VPNs.
• Oversee server performance, backups, DR, and data integrity.
• Lead IT teams and ensure 24x7 system availability.
• Plan IT infrastructure projects within budgets and resources.
