Job summary

Our client in Colombia is seeking a hands-on GTM Engineer to build and optimize outbound systems that generate qualified meetings and pipeline. You will work closely with founders and sales leaders to combine data, automation, and AI to improve outbound performance.

You'll own end-to-end outbound workflows, develop Clay-based enrichment and scoring, and set up signal-driven outreach. Strong experience with automation platforms and CRMs is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Growth, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, or B2B outbound.
• Hands-on experience with Clay, including enrichment, lead scoring, and automated workflows.
• Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
• Proven experience building outbound campaigns that generate qualified meetings or pipeline.
• Knowledge of email infrastructure, inbox setup, warm-up, and deliverability.
• Experience integrating CRMs, data enrichment tools, and outbound sequencing platforms.
• Practical experience using AI for prospect research, scoring, and personalization.
• Ability to define ICPs, run experiments, and improve conversion rates using data.
• Strong ownership, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage end-to-end outbound workflows, from prospecting to booked meetings.
• Develop Clay workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and segmentation.
• Set up signal-based outreach using hiring activity, funding, job changes, and intent data.
• Integrate CRM, enrichment platforms, and sequencing tools.
• Manage outbound infrastructure, including domains, inboxes, and email deliverability.
• Build AI-powered personalization and automate repetitive GTM tasks.
• Define ICPs, target accounts, and lead scoring criteria with the sales team.
• Test targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies to improve conversions.
• Track qualified meetings, cost per meeting, and pipeline performance.
• Identify campaigns and segments to scale, optimize, or stop.
