Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer in Bogotá, Colombia, to drive technical go-to-market strategies and own the technical relationship from discovery to long‑term adoption and growth. You will work with the GTM team to validate architectures, onboard customers, and expand engagements using AI workflows.

Ideal candidates bring a background in Solutions or Sales Engineering, deep security and networking knowledge, and a commercial mindset with SaaS experience.

Formación

• Background in a customer-facing technical role like Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering (leveling varies by experience).
• Expertise in web security, networking (DNS, routing, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure and enterprise architecture.
• Commercial mindset with knowledge of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong presentation skills to bridge deep tech details with business strategy at the C-suite level.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Validation: lead discovery, build architectures, and run demos and PoCs for Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms.
• Customer Adoption & Value Realization: oversee onboarding and implementation; be the main customer contact; monitor health telemetry.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: carry a quota and lead QBRs to show ROI to executives.
• Trusted Advisory: maintain deep relationships with stakeholders through onboarding, maturity, renewal, and expansion.
• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: act as an AI-augmented engineer to automate routine tasks.
