Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Contract Recruiter to support GTM hiring in Canada-related routes via remote Colombia operations.

You will own live requisitions across SDR, sales, revenue operations, and partnerships, focusing on outbound sourcing of passive candidates and fast, high-quality placements. You will collaborate with the GTM recruiting team and sales leadership across markets to calibrate roles, adjust requirements, and build robust pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in go-to-market functions
• Fluent English communication with senior leadership
• Fluent Spanish; Portuguese a plus
• Based in Colombia and capable of remote full-time work
• Experience in leveraging AI tools in recruiting and modern workflows

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from sourcing to offer
• Develop proactive outbound sourcing for passive candidates
• Partner with sales leadership to calibrate roles and market conditions
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and up-to-date ATS data
• Deliver professional candidate experience with timely communication
• Utilize AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency and workflow
