Jeeves is seeking an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across the Americas and Europe, with remote work from Colombia. You will partner with our GTM recruiter and sales leadership to deliver pipelines from day one.

The role requires 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus), strong sourcing via Boolean, LinkedIn, and referrals, and experience with Lever.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across go-to-market roles.
• Based in Colombia.
• Experience with Lever or similar ATS.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting across go-to-market requisitions (SDR to Sales Manager, revenue operations, partnerships).
• Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies, engaging passive candidates.
• Partner with sales leadership on role calibration, market realities, and compensation positioning.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Lever for visibility.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience with timely communication.
• Collaborate with GTM recruiter and sales leadership across markets.
