Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including go-to-market roles.
• Fluent English required; daily conversations with leadership.
• Fluent Spanish required; Portuguese a plus for regional coverage.
• Based in Colombia and eligible to work remotely within the country.
• Strong sourcing: Boolean search, LinkedIn, referrals, competitive mapping.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market requisitions (SDR to Sales Manager, revenue ops, partnerships).
• Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies for passive candidates.
• Partner with sales leadership on market realities, compensation positioning, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Lever for hiring managers and leadership.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience with timely communication at every stage.
