Jeeves is expanding its go-to-market recruiting capacity across the Americas and Europe, and we are adding contract recruiting capacity to support that growth. This is a hands-on role for an experienced recruiter who can take ownership of live requisitions immediately and begin delivering pipeline from the first week.

You will work in close partnership with our GTM recruiter, who leads hiring across this function, and with sales leadership across multiple markets.

Formación

5+ years full-cycle recruiting in go-to-market roles.
Fluent English required; Spanish fluent; Portuguese a plus.
Based in Colombia with remote work in Colombia.
Strong sourcing using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals.
Contract or agency experience preferred.
Experience with AI tools in recruiting.

Responsabilidades

Own full-cycle recruiting across go-to-market requisitions (SDR to Sales Manager, revenue ops, partnerships).
Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies for passive candidates.
Partner with sales leadership on role calibration and compensation positioning.
Maintain accurate pipeline data in Lever for visibility.
Deliver a professional candidate experience with timely communication.
