Job summary

Jeeves, the stablecoin-native banking platform, is expanding its go-to-market organization and hiring a contract recruiter to own live requisitions immediately. This is a hands-on, full-cycle role focused on execution and throughput, with remote work within Colombia.

Requirements include 5+ years in GTM recruiting across sales, SDR, or partnerships, fluent English and Spanish, based in Colombia, strong sourcing skills, and prior Lever or ATS experience; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle GTM recruiting across sales, SDR, revenue ops or partnerships.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Based in Colombia; remote within Colombia.
• Prior contract or agency background preferred with fast results.
• Experience with Lever or similar ATS and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across go-to-market requisitions.
• Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies.
• Partner with sales leadership on role calibration and timelines.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Lever for visibility.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience at every stage.
