Job summary

Virtual Emily Staffing is seeking a Business Developer Assistant to support the CEO in building and executing the full sales engine. You will run outbound campaigns, qualify leads, book meetings, and coordinate AI-driven sequences while maintaining CRM data and tracking KPIs.

The role offers full-time hours, no weekends, and opportunities to grow into a Business Developer or Sales Rep as you engage with CEOs and participate in events.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, automation tools)
• Answer inbound calls, qualify leads & book meetings
• Coordinate AI outbound calling sequences
• Maintain CRM data, update the pipeline & track KPIs
• Build lead lists using our Virtual LeadGen system
• Support conferences & networking events
• Assist with follow-up, messaging, and nurturing leads
• Book free-trial interviews with the HR Business Partner
• Prepare call briefs for CEO/Closer before discovery calls
• You will be the engine behind our inbound + outbound sales strategy.
