You'll design data-driven demand generation systems, run multi-channel outreach, and leverage tools like Clay, SmartScout, Instantly, and Zoho CRM to optimize pipeline quality and conversions.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or outbound lead generation.
• Proven success running multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, video, paid advertising).
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce, Amazon, or DTC ecosystem.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by measurable results.

Aufgaben

• Own warm lead generation and demand creation across multi-channel outreach.
• Identify ideal Amazon and e-commerce brand prospects using SmartScout.
• Enrich leads with Clay for firmographic, technographic, and behavioral signals.
• Set up and manage a complete cold email system using Instantly, including warm-ups and A/B testing.
• Write and execute hyper-personalized cold email sequences that engage and warm up prospects.
• Create content and video marketing to nurture leads through the funnel.
