Prometeo Talent is partnering with a leading automotive group to recruit a Marketing Growth Manager who will own its marketing strategy and execution from start to finish. You’ll set the roadmap, run campaigns, set up automations and report progress to prove impact.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales Director on lead generation, qualification and conversion, using AI tools to move faster and reach deeper insights. An autonomous, high-impact role awaits.

Formación

• 4–7 years of B2B marketing or growth experience.
• End-to-end ownership of at least one full demand‑generation or lifecycle program.
• Strategic planning and hands-on execution with measurable results.
• International or multi-market experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (master’s preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Set mid- to long-term marketing goals and translate them into weekly execution plans.
• Research markets, customers and competitors to shape positioning and messaging.
• Identify growth opportunities with leadership and Sales.
• Run multichannel campaigns (paid, organic, email, social, content) from brief to optimization.
• Build and manage automations and lifecycle workflows in HubSpot or similar tools.
• Collaborate with Sales on lead generation, qualification and conversion.
• Develop retention and repeat‑business programs to increase CLV.
• Provide assets, insights and playbooks to the sales team for implementation.
• Define KPI method and scorecard for the unit.
• Report on campaign performance, lead flow and marketing ROI; share trends.
