AGS Youth Soccer Club seeks an exceptional Head of Growth to own paid customer acquisition across youth and adult sports brands, including soccer, basketball, and volleyball, operating in the Greater Toronto Area and South Florida.

You will manage an annual paid media budget of CAD 700,000, scaling to CAD 1.4 million over 2.5 years, and personally oversee campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging channels, treating CPA as a personal scoreboard.

Competenze

• 5+ years hands-on paid acquisition experience.
• Proven CPA/CAC ownership with Google and Meta.
• Fluency with PMax, Advantage+, CAPI, and offline conversions.
• Experience in local-services or multi-location ecommerce with LTV.
• Experience leading a small distributed team.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee zero-based rebuild of paid media across Google and Meta, plus test channels like TikTok.
• Fix measurement foundations: server-side tracking, CAPI, offline conversions.
• Hands-on media buying: create, launch, optimize, and pause campaigns.
• Direct the creative engine: manage on-camera content and weekly tests.
• Transition out the incumbent agency within 60 days.
• Build monthly budget plans around seasonality calendars.
• Report weekly with a scorecard on CPA, CPA:contribution, creative velocity, spend pacing.
• Design scaling architecture to reach CAD 1.4M without CPA degradation.
