HoopStars, a Toronto-based youth basketball business with LATAM remote operations, seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing, ecommerce and growth across brands. You will split time between HoopStars operations and building the parent company Community Sports Partners' marketing team, with possible future relocation by agreement.

You will optimize acquisition funnels, improve conversion, drive repeat enrollments and own budgets, reporting, and customer experience.

Competenze

• Demonstrated results in paid acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Commercial responsibility beyond a marketing budget: pricing, margins, staffing, forecasts or profitability.
• Experience hiring and managing marketers, creatives or agencies.

Mansioni

• Own HoopStars business plan, budget, revenue, profitability and cash forecasts.
• Drive digital growth: paid search, social, landing pages, enrollment funnels, pricing and retention.
• Build the parent marketing team: structure, recruit specialists, manage agencies and priorities.
