Job summary

Jobgether in Colombia is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing for an international digital storefront offering in-game currencies and digital goods. You will lead customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation across Africa and the Middle East, balancing strategy with hands-on execution in a remote-first environment.

This role requires owning paid acquisition budgets, building CRM programs, optimizing CAC/ROAS, and developing a high-performing growth team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth or performance marketing in gaming or a digital business.
• Proven success managing paid acquisition at scale with CAC/ROAS metrics.
• Ability to translate growth strategies into practical execution.
• Strong analytical skills with MMPs and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other networks with CAC/ROAS targets.
• Develop CRM and lifecycle programs including onboarding and re-engagement.
• Lead lifecycle communications via push, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• Lead and develop paid acquisition and creative specialists.
• Collaborate with Data to measure attribution and campaign effectiveness.
