Job summary

AGS Youth Soccer Club seeks a data-driven Paid Social Manager to optimize Meta campaigns across brands. You will design creative tests, analyze results, and brief content creators to drive registrations with disciplined measurement and full-funnel responsibilities.

You’ll work with a dedicated video editor and receive direct access to leadership, leveraging AI tools to enhance creative and campaign analysis. Remote collaboration and US Eastern overlap assumed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Meta buying in direct-response lead generation
• Experience managing budgets of US$20K+/month or larger
• A real testing methodology you can articulate
• Strong measurement literacy across attribution windows, click/vs view-through, and blended CAC vs ROAS

Responsibilities

• Own Meta ad accounts end-to-end across brands: structure, budgets, pacing, scaling
• Run and govern the creative testing engine with clear hypotheses per test
• Analyze creative performance and briefing the next variant
• Brief UGC creators and video editor; write hooks and ad copy in English
• Own full-funnel performance including landing pages, lead forms, and event matching
• Plan seasonal campaigns around registration windows and geographic markets
• Deliver weekly scorecards with registrations, CPL, CAC, and efficiency
