Job summary

ScaleUp, an early-stage SaaS company building an AI-powered marketing platform, is seeking a Head of Growth. This fully remote role partners with founders to own and execute the growth strategy, from acquisition to activation and conversion.

You’ll personally launch campaigns, optimize funnels, build lifecycle emails, and analyze results while shaping the product based on customer feedback for the first 50 customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing, hands-on
• Strong experience managing paid advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns
• Practical experience with lifecycle email, conversion optimization, and SEO
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and communicate with clients
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Autonomy and proactivity in an early-stage startup environment

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Improve landing pages, trial sign-up flows, activation, and conversion to paid subscriptions
• Build lifecycle email campaigns, including onboarding, activation, win-back, and expansion
• Drive SEO, AI search visibility (GEO), social media, and content initiatives
• Set up tracking and report on customer acquisition costs, payback period, and channel performance
• Manage multiple customer accounts, presenting strategies and results in regular meetings
• Document customer results, develop case studies, and support partner and affiliate marketing
• Collaborate with the founders and Account Executive, sharing customer insights and product feedback
