Foundever in Barranquilla is seeking a Customer Success Representative to drive long-term revenue growth and retention for a portfolio of merchants. You will build strong relationships with small business owners and understand their goals to tailor solutions.

You will educate merchants on products, apply consultative selling, pursue cross-sell opportunities, and help optimize pricing and platform presence for better performance.

Formación

• Fluent English communication and sales experience required.
