Job summary

AvantStay is a fully remote, growth-focused tech-enabled company delivering authentic STR experiences for groups. The Growth Analyst will prioritize and execute data-driven projects across listings, hotels and campaigns, using OTA platforms and AI tools to automate reporting and improve performance.

You will own dashboards, monitor performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management and Operations to drive revenue, visibility and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering growth projects end to end.
• 2+ years in growth analytics or related roles.
• Hands-on OTA experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia or Booking.com.
• Proficient with spreadsheets; dashboards from raw data.
• Experience building automations and reporting with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own a queue of growth projects across listings, hotels and campaigns, and move them from idea to done.
• Audit listing performance on OTA channels and optimize titles, descriptions, photos and amenities to improve search rank and conversion.
• Monitor the portfolio and fix underperforming properties and hotels.
• Analyze hotel/property performance to identify revenue, visibility and guest engagement opportunities.
• Create, launch and measure marketing campaigns across channels.
• Build automations and reporting with Claude, ChatGPT and internal AI tools to save time and act on insights.
• Maintain KPIs, trends, dashboards and weekly performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, Listings and Operations to ship initiatives.
• Document repeatable processes and operating procedures for scale.
