AvantStay is hiring a Head of Local Marketing & Partnerships to build and run local marketing in every market we operate in. You’ll own the budget, write the playbook, and establish partnerships with restaurants, planners, and owners.

You’ll collaborate with area managers to design market plans, local campaigns, and on‑property materials, drive direct bookings, and launch new markets. This is a fully remote, global role reporting to the VP of Growth.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in local, regional or field marketing, partnerships or BD for a multi-location consumer brand
• Hands-on merch, print and fulfillment experience
• Ability to manage budgets across many locations
• Great written and spoken English for diverse partners
• Experience launching new locations or markets

• The local plan for every market, built with the area manager
• Manage the budget across markets and justify monthly spend
• Build and close local partnerships with guests and owners
• Create local campaigns to drive direct bookings and owner leads
• Oversee branded merchandise and print collateral
• Launch new markets and show up locally from day one
• Build local reputation through listings, press and community
• Develop a playbook/templates for area managers
