AvantStay is seeking a highly hands-on Senior Product Manager to drive consumer experiences across discovery, booking, trip planning, and retention. You will own problems end-to-end, use AI to prototype quickly, and partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality experiences.

You should bring 5+ years building consumer products, a track record of improving conversion and engagement, and a strong design sense to push for excellent UX in a distributed team environment.

Formación

• 5+ years building consumer products, ideally across web or mobile.
• Track record of shipping products that materially improved conversion, engagement, or retention.
• Exceptional product taste and ability to explain why a design works.
• Strong design instincts; ability to independently craft compelling flows and prototypes.
• Full-stack product mindset across research, design, analytics, prototyping, experimentation, and execution.
• Fluency with modern AI tools and the ability to use them to increase output.
• Strong technical intuition; understanding of APIs, data, and constraints for engineering collaboration.
• High agency and bias toward action in ambiguous situations.
• Strong written communication and ability to operate in a distributed team.

Responsabilidades

• Own important consumer problems end-to-end from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Build working experiences quickly using AI and modern product tools.
• Set a high design bar; critique user flows, interactions, and prototypes.
• Obsess over the customer; gather insights from guests and behavior signals.
• Drive the consumer funnel: discovery, conversion, engagement, retention.
• Experiment constantly with clear hypotheses and rapid learning.
• Partner with Engineering and Design; make tradeoffs and stay close to the details through launch.
• Use AI as leverage to move faster and raise the quality of shipped products.
• Maintain a high craft bar with attention to hierarchy, typography, and polish.
