HoopStars is a Toronto-based youth basketball business with recurring customers and technology-enabled operations. We are looking for a hands-on General Manager whose strongest skills are marketing, ecommerce and profitable growth, and who can take responsibility for the whole business.

You will divide your time approximately equally between running HoopStars and building and managing the parent company Community Sports Partners' marketing team across its brands.

Qualificações

• Proven results in paid acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Commercial responsibility beyond a marketing budget: pricing, margins, staffing, forecasts.
• Experience hiring and managing marketers, creatives, agencies or other specialists.
• Ability to translate ecommerce methods into a service business with delivery commitments.
• Strong leadership in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own HoopStars business plan, budget, revenue and profitability.
• Drive digital growth across paid search, social, landing pages and enrollment funnels.
• Build and lead the parent marketing team across brands.
• Connect campaign performance to paying customers and profitability.
• Provide weekly reporting and maintain execution discipline.
