Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in payments, financial services, software delivery, client delivery, professional services, technical consulting, or implementation management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical, professional services, or implementation teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise implementations and strategic customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional implementation strategy aligned with Visa's Acceptance objectives.
• Oversee delivery of Acceptance products for strategic merchants and enterprise clients.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and best practices to improve delivery and client experience.
• Drive automation, AI-enabled tooling, and modernization initiatives.
