MAS Global Consulting, LLC is seeking a Head of People to build and own the talent engine across the US and Latin America. You will lead a distributed TA and HR team, shaping roles with Delivery and Sales and evolving the People function to drive retention, EVP, and compliant operations.

You will architect recruiting processes, define KPIs, and implement tools that automate people workflows while scaling leadership capabilities for a fast-growing professional services firm.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in people leadership, with hands-on recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to build or rebuild a recruiting function delivering predictable results.
• Experience leading recruiting and HR teams, including remote and cross-border teams.
• Experience scaling a company from ~150 to 300+ employees.
• Strong partnership with executives and client-facing leaders on talent decisions.
• Data-driven approach to diagnose problems and communicate findings.
• Hands-on HR technology experience and AI-enabled recruiting workflows.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with US/Latin America labor law and Colombia-specific models.
• Experience with nearshore IT services or staffing firms.
• Experience with PEOs, EORs and multi-country payroll.

• Lead the recruiting team across the US, Colombia and Argentina; sharpen role definitions with Delivery and Sales.
• Define hiring strategy focusing on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
• Develop recruiters and sourcers; improve productivity with AI tools.
• Implement structured interview processes and KPIs.
• Shape employer brand and recruiting operations; surface process gaps.
• Partner with Delivery and Sales to align roles with client needs before sourcing.
• Lead the People strategy and roadmap covering TA, talent management, HR operations and compliance.
• Design retention, performance, and development programs; strengthen manager capability.
