Infobip ltd. is seeking a Sales Back Office Associate to support backend operations, assisting with account activation, product setup, and customer support. You will work with senior team members to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing administration for client accounts.

Key tasks include activating accounts, configuring domains, setting up test senders, managing user data, and handling billing addresses. Proactive process improvements and collaboration with Partnership teams are encouraged.

Formación

• Advanced English level (B2+).
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in administrative, operational or sales support roles.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• SuperUser Support: Assist in the activation of accounts and products, following established procedures.
• Set up email domains, order numbers, and other activation tasks.
• Configure free trial and test senders for accounts.
• Create and manage user accounts under supervision.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of billing addresses.
• Learn to implement Automatic Price features on the account level.
• Support price changes and route updates for accounts.
• Assist Partnership teams in creating new customers in Salesforce and setting up accounts.
• Learn to facilitate smooth onboarding for new accounts.
