Infobip is seeking a Customer Operations Associate to drive regional execution across LATAM and North America. You will own CRM administration, forecasting, reporting, KPI and target setting while coordinating with sales, marketing and growth teams for faster, smarter customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes data alignment, process improvements, and cross-functional support to ensure consistent customer experiences across regions.

• Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to extract insights from sales data and translate into actions.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Align teams around a single view of the business with shared revenue targets.
• Connect data across silos and technology stacks.
• Increase operational rigor through a unified customer journey.
• Administer CRM and data updates, including campaigns, lead assignments and dashboards.
• Monitor data quality and drive continuous improvement from data insights.
• Support customer-facing departments with procedures, tool guidance, and coordination.
• Respond promptly to sales process, procedures, and tools queries.
• Assist in designing training and onboarding for customer-facing teams.
• Provide feedback to improve cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, growth and customer success.
• Create and share ad hoc reports and analyses at product, region, and customer levels.
