Infobip Ltd. is hiring a Digital Customer Success Associate in Bogotá. You will manage self-service customers, monitor interactions, and work with marketing and sales to improve lead quality and conversions. Proficiency in English is required and you’ll engage with customers via email and tickets while seeking upsell opportunities.

This role focuses on data-driven insights, proactive problem solving, and collaborative process improvements across teams in a flexible hybrid environment.

Formación

• 1–3 years in customer-facing sales or support roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Analytical, proactive and data-driven approach to issues.
• Interest in growing into direct customer-facing commercial roles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage self-service customers and ensure successful product usage.
• Identify risks and growth opportunities from customer interactions.
• Respond to inquiries and provide clear guidance to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with teams to improve self-service processes and CX.
• Drive lead quality and conversion with marketing and sales alignment.
• Analyze customer data to derive actionable insights for handoff to sales.
