Infobip Colombia is seeking a Sales Back Office Associate to strengthen our backend operations and customer support. You will assist with account activation, product setup, and ongoing customer care, working closely with senior team members to ensure smooth processes.

Responsibilities include configuring email domains, ordering numbers, trial senders, user accounts, and billing addresses while learning to apply price features and update prices under guidance.

Formación

• Advanced English level required (B2 or higher).
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Some experience in administrative, operational, or sales support roles.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in activation of accounts and products following established procedures.
• Set up email domains, order numbers, and other activities to support activation.
• Configure free trial and test senders for accounts.
• Support creation and management of user accounts under supervision.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of billing addresses.
• Learn to implement Automatic Price features at account level.
• Support price changes and route updates for accounts.
• Assist in reviewing sender costs and implementing updates under guidance.
• Assist with operational workload to support customer-facing organization.
• Identify areas for process improvement under supervision.
• Support partnership teams in onboarding new customers in Salesforce and Super User.
• Learn to facilitate smooth onboarding of new accounts.
