Formación

• Must have advanced English skills for client interaction.
• Experience with client support or onboarding is essential.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple clients during the pre-installation phase.
• Guide clients through documentation checklists.
• Identify and follow up on missing requirements.
