SOLVO S.A.S in Medellín, Colombia, is seeking a Client Solutions Associate to help clients maximize the value of innovative software solutions. You will partner with clients to understand needs and deliver customized support, driving successful platform implementations and ongoing assistance.

The role requires advanced English, at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Advanced English level (written and spoken).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Quick learner with a team-oriented attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
• Support platform implementations and product services to ensure client success.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
• Manage cases, tasks, and documentation to keep projects organized and on track.
• Collaborate with internal teams on software releases and continuous improvements.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong client relationships.
