Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a DS Manager, Global Payroll Product in Bogotá, Colombia, to lead payroll strategy, data migration, and technology enablement across global teams. This senior role partners with Payroll, HR, IT, and vendors to deliver compliant, scalable payroll solutions during the group’s strategic separation.

The role requires experience in transforming country-based processes to global standards, managing complex programs, and ensuring SOX and privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, HR, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Payroll, Time & Attendance, or related transformation roles.
• Experience leading or supporting global payroll implementations, divestitures, acquisitions, carve-outs, or large-scale transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with payroll and workforce platforms such as SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, ADP GlobalView, Workday, Kronos, Workforce Manager, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global payroll product roadmap, including ServiceNow, Genesys, Veeva, payroll platforms, integrations, and other GS solutions.
• Serve as Business Product Owner across design, build, testing, deployment, enhancement prioritization, and global design approvals.
• Ensure product decisions align with global standards, statutory requirements, controls, and the future-state payroll operating model.
