Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Business Solutions Manager North America based in Bogota.

You will translate business needs into scalable HR solutions, drive automation, and improve the employee experience across the North America region, working with HR, Global Services, and technology teams. You will lead initiatives to simplify processes, enable digital innovation, and maintain confidentiality and governance across HR operations while aligning with our Credo commitments

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in HR operations or related customer-service/operations role.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
• Adaptability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders in a regional environment.
• Proven history of continuous improvement leadership

Responsibilities

• Support large Transformation events and lead regional continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Global Services, HR Technology, and functional teams to redesign processes, eliminate manual work, and improve scalability.
• Represent Business Solutions in regional and global initiatives to align objectives with service delivery capabilities.
