Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Payroll DS Manager to lead end-to-end payroll for a defined group of countries, ensuring timely delivery and compliance. You will partner with Global Process Owners and cross-functional teams, guiding a matrixed payroll team and overseeing vendor relations to sustain accurate payroll operations.

Formación

• 7+ years in Payroll, HR, and/or Finance operations.
• 3+ years in a Management/People Leader role.
• Experience managing multi-country payroll operations.
• Experience overseeing payroll controls, compliance, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication, with ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (SOX, business controls) preferred.
• Certifications in Payroll, Project Management, Analytics, Lean Six Sigma/Design Thinking preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end payroll delivery for assigned countries, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with policies and local requirements.
• Oversee payroll controls, approvals (including off-cycle payments), reconciliations, payroll accounting entries, and statutory remittances.
• Ensure audit readiness with robust documentation, records, and payroll calendars; support audits as required.
• Build strong relationships with senior country stakeholders and global partners across HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, Compliance, IT, Procurement, and Employee Relations.
• Lead payroll supervisors and contributors; manage hiring, performance, coaching, and career development.
• Drive process excellence through ongoing improvements, automation, and standardization; collaborate on system implementations and transformations.
