Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Payroll DS Manager to lead end-to-end payroll for assigned countries from Bogotá, Colombia. You will ensure timely, accurate processing in line with local statutory requirements, manage payroll controls, and partner with global HR, Finance, Tax, and Legal.

You will lead a matrixed team of payroll supervisors, hire and develop talent, drive process improvement, audits readiness, and oversee third‑party vendors to meet SLAs and budgets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll, HR and/or finance operations experience.
• 3+ years in a management/people leader role.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll delivery for assigned countries, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with company policy and local statutory requirements.
• Oversee payroll controls, approvals, reconciliations, payroll accounting entries, and statutory remittances.
• Ensure audit readiness by maintaining robust documentation, records, and payroll calendars.
• Support internal, external, and regulatory audits as required.
• Lead a matrixed team of payroll supervisors and contributors; hire, coach, and develop staff.
