Johnson & Johnson Bogota Capability Center seeks a Payroll Analyst to ensure timely, accurate payroll operations for the Americas region. You will review results, perform analyses, and support incident and change management while driving continuous improvement in payroll processes.

The role requires 2+ years in Payroll/HR operations, strong English communication, and familiarity with US payroll regulations. Opportunity to work on cross-functional projects and SOX/compliance initiatives.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of Payroll or HR operation experience (Americas).
• Knowledge of US payroll processing and regulations.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure payroll-related data interfaces into the payroll system before payroll deadline.
• Support accounting, payments, Time & Attendance, and Long Term incentives in Payroll.
• Perform checks, variance analysis, and reconciliations during pre-payroll processing.
• Act as Payroll support for testing, data management, and process documentation.
• Provide expertise on payroll calculation with third-party providers.
• Support multi-country payroll in compliance with policies and law.
• Generate month-, quarter-, and year-end payroll reports and remittances.
• Maintain SOX, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
