Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support the Global Services Finance payroll operations from the Bogota capability center. The role focuses on timely, accurate payroll processing across North America, LATAM, EMEA and ASPAC with emphasis on compliance and data integrity.

You will contribute to incident management, change management, and continuous improvements while adhering to SOX controls and confidentiality requirements. Strong English and Portuguese skills are required.

Formación

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong English language verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Intermediate Portuguese language verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP PY or other PY ERP.
• Knowledge of payroll processing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supports payroll project implementation, transition, and continuous improvements.
• Serve as a Payroll support for project phases including testing and data management.
• Strong experience in Labor legislation for Brazil
• Supports multi-country payroll to have an effective operational model in compliance with company policies as well as statutory and legal requirements.
• Execution of tasks for project activities initiated by Payroll GPO, Global Services and non-payroll entities (HR, Finance etc).
• Conducts User Acceptance Testing and verification of system changes.
• Ability to perform reporting and reconciliation.
• Maintains confidentiality and data protection in payroll processes.
• Updates and maintain payroll process and administration documentation.
• Identifies and raises continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
