Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years payroll or HR operation experience (Americas region).
• Knowledge of US payroll processing and regulations.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Payroll certification preferred (CPP, FPC).
• Research and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to execute tactically and adapt quickly with minimal supervision.
• Experience with multi-market deployment or implementation projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with Third-Party Payroll Providers (ADP, NGA, SDWorx, etc.).
• Experience in a multinational company and/or Finance/HR Shared Services preferred.
• Experience with tools like DTPs and SOX/Business Controls compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure payroll data interfaces into payroll system before deadline.
• Support accounting, payments, Time & Attendance, and long-term incentives in Payroll.
• Perform checks, variance analysis, and reconciliations in pre-payroll.
• Provide payroll support across project testing, data management, and process documentation.
• Offer expertise on payroll calculation with third-party providers.
• Support multi-country payroll to ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll reports and remittances.
• Conduct reporting and reconciliation activities.
• Execute SOX compliance processes and maintain internal controls.
• Maintain confidentiality and adherence to company policies and external regulations.
• Update payroll process and administration documentation.
• Identify continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
• Support cross-functional projects with payroll dependencies.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolutions.
• Demonstrate understanding of AI concepts and responsible AI practices; generate effective prompts to boost efficiency.
