The Analyst role will be based at the Johnson & Johnson Bogota Capability Center, requiring strong HR/Finance operations experience focused on timeliness, accuracy, and compliance for the Americas region. You will deliver tasks, review results, and support incidents, changes, and process improvements within Global Services guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years Payroll/HR operations experience (Americas Region).
• Knowledge of US payroll processing (regulations, vendor landscape).
• Strong English language verbal and written communication skills.
• Payroll certification preferred (CPP, FPC).
• Research and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to execute tactically, quickly adapt to situations with minimal supervision.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work across multiple markets.
• Prior deployment/implementation project experience preferred.
• Experience with leading third-party payroll providers (ADP, NGA, SDWorx, etc.).
• Experience in a multinational company or Finance/HR Shared Services preferred.
• Experience with E-Time, Kronos, Salesforce Service Cloud, SAP, Workday preferred.
• Knowledge of Desktop Procedures and SOX/Business Controls compliance required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure payroll data interfaces into payroll system before deadline.
• Support accounting, payments, Time & Attendance, LT incentives as part of Payroll.
• Perform checks, variance analysis and reconciliations during pre-payroll and before finalizing.
• Provide payroll support for testing, data management, and process documentation.
• Provide expertise on payroll calculation with third-party payroll provider.
• Support multi-country payroll to maintain compliant operating model.
• Perform reporting and remittances such as month end, quarter end and year end payroll returns.
• Perform reporting and reconciliation.
• Execute processes for SOX compliance, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality, data protection, and policy conformance.
• Update payroll process and administration documentation.
• Identify and raise continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
• Support cross-functional projects with payroll dependency.
• Support and resolve payroll-related inquiries.
• Demonstrates understanding of AI concepts and generates effective prompts to boost efficiency.
