Johnson & Johnson in Bogotá seeks a Sr. Supervisor - PBS to lead payroll delivery, automation, and data integrity across multiple markets. You will drive improvements, manage cross-functional payroll projects, and provide subject-matter expertise on payroll calculations with third-party providers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6 years of payroll or HR experience (Americas Region).
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll processing and related regulations.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Payroll certification (CPP/FPC) preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Workday, Kronos, and mass upload tools.
• Ability to think strategically and influence leadership decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead payroll solution delivery and automation initiatives.
• Manage payroll data interfaces and ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Oversee wage recovery, workers’ compensation, and mass uploads.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-country payroll projects.
• Own audits and ensure SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Coach and mentor payroll staff and resolve inquiries.
