Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to manage outbound offboarding for international employees. You will guide clients through terminations, resignations, and transfers, ensuring legal compliance and a high level of service across jurisdictions.

You will collaborate asynchronously with internal teams and clients, contributing to process improvements and automation while supporting a fast-paced, remote, global environment.

Formación

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong background in managing exits with legal compliance and HR guidance across jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze HR issues, and communicate recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end exits across AMER, EMEA and APAC regions to ensure a high-quality offboarding experience.
• Provide guidance on termination, resignation and transfer procedures with legal compliance.
• Lead meetings with clients and employees, coordinate terminations, and deliver outcomes.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal counsel and government bodies to ensure compliance.
• Draft termination documents and maintain accurate employee records with privacy in mind.
• Utilize Remote's HRIS to administer offboarding with cross-functional teams.
