Remote is hiring a Mobility Specialist to join the Onboarding and Mobility team. You will provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance and manage global mobility for clients and internal stakeholders.

This remote role reports to the Manager, Mobility, with international responsibilities across our distributed workforce. Excellent English and strong communication are essential, and experience with immigration procedures is highly valued.

Formación

• Proven experience in immigration compliance and global mobility.
• Strong understanding of immigration procedures and regulatory changes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills in English.
• Experience with remote/async work is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery.
• Monitor and control Remote products and services for immigration compliance.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Seek, control, and establish in-house immigration services to increase revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
• Independently maintain and monitor immigration law and regulatory changes.
• Handle escalations and guide stakeholders to timely resolution.
• Guide travel needs and sponsorship cases; act as a contact for business travel.
• Utilize case management and billing systems to track statuses.
• Apply immigration knowledge to provide solution-based responses to complex cases.
• Be autonomous, proactive, and improve processes through automation.
