Remote is seeking a Manager, Onboarding Operations (AMER) to lead a high-volume, regionally aligned onboarding team across multiple countries. You will drive delivery quality, compliance and continuous improvement, while enabling AI-enabled workflows and automation to scale operations.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Onboarding Operations and collaborate with managers globally. This remote, AMER-based role requires strong leadership, data-driven decisions and excellent stakeholder

Formación

• Demonstrated people-management experience in a high-volume operational environment.
• Ability to develop scalable operational processes with strong quality & compliance.
• Fluent English with cross-functional communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor an aligned team of Onboarding Operations Specialists.
• Own team performance and service standards.
• Manage all aspects of people leadership including feedback and performance reviews.
• Escalate complex onboarding challenges and coordinate cross-functional ownership.
• Collaborate with global Managers to drive operational change and best practices.
• Use data to monitor performance, identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Lead adoption of AI and automation tools within the team.
