Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, LMS/Learning Ops & Analytics based in Bogotá, Colombia. The role ensures learning platforms run reliably, with accurate data and actionable insights to drive talent decisions for a global MedTech workforce.

You will oversee LMS operations, analytics, governance, and reporting, collaborating with HR, Compliance, IT, and Learning & Development to enable scalable learning programs and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business, IS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Typically 6–8 years of relevant experience in learning operations, LMS administration, HR systems, analytics, or related field.
• Experience managing an enterprise LMS and related learning technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards/reports from HR/learning data.
• Experience leading projects in a global, matrixed environment.
• Preferred: experience in regulated industry (MedTech/Pharma).
• Familiarity with learning analytics frameworks and effectiveness measurement.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Background with global learning programs and multilingual users.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System (LMS) for stability, accuracy and UX.
• Lead learning operations and analytics including dashboards and insights on learning effectiveness and compliance.
• Partner with HR, L&D, Compliance, and IT to support global learning initiatives and system enhancements.
• Oversee learning data governance and auditable records.
• Support continuous improvement of learning processes, workflows, and tools via automation.
• Manage vendors and partners supporting LMS functionality and learning tech.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members in learning operations and analytics.
• Provide SME insights on learning systems, analytics, and reporting to stakeholders.
