Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Site & Logistic Ops in Bogotá. You will lead site operations, engagement programs, BCM planning, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain resilient, high-performing workplaces across Global Services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with MBA preferred, plus strong leadership and communication skills to partner with IT, Facilities, EHS, and HR and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Operations, HR, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in site operations, logistics, workplace strategy, or shared services.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management (IT, Facilities, EHS, HR).
• Experience leading employee engagement or culture programs.
• Project management experience with planning, execution, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of BCM frameworks, risk assessment, and mitigation.
• Strong communication skills and internal communications experience.
• Data analysis and performance metrics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee engagement governance across GS centers to boost culture and retention.
• Plan and manage engagement initiatives: logistics, communications, vendors, and budget.
• Drive site operations optimization with IT, Facilities, EHS, and HR.
• Establish site governance forums to align stakeholders.
• Manage internal communications channels for transparency and awareness.
• Support space and seat planning aligned with growth and efficiency.
• Execute BCM lifecycle activities: BIA, risk assessment, continuity planning.
• Develop and maintain business continuity and recovery strategies with testing.
• Lead BCM awareness campaigns and training compliance with metrics.
• Monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
