Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes unit seeks a Manager, LMS/Learning Ops & Analytics in Bogotá to run the LMS, optimize operations, and deliver data-driven insights for workforce readiness. You will oversee data governance, analytics, and global stakeholder collaboration in a MedTech environment.

The role requires 6–8 years in learning ops, strong dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and proven people management, with some international travel. Fluency in English preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically 6-8 years of relevant experience in learning operations, LMS administration, HR systems, analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing or administering an enterprise LMS and associated learning technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, reports, and insights from learning or HR data.
• Experience leading projects, managing priorities, and collaborating in a global, matrixed environment.
• Proven people-management or team-leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the LMS, ensuring stability, data accuracy, and user satisfaction.
• Lead learning operations and analytics, including dashboards and insights on compliance and engagement.
• Partner with HR, L&D, Compliance and IT to support global learning initiatives and system enhancements.
• Oversee learning data governance with standards, processes, and controls for high-quality records.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and tools through automation.
• Manage vendors and partners supporting LMS functionality and learning tech.
• Lead and coach team members supporting learning ops and analytics.
• Provide SME on learning systems, analytics, and reporting to stakeholders.
